HEARTLAND
Launch South Pictures Director Todd Schaffer and Producer Barry Thiessen teamed up with Lofton Creek Records President Mike Borchetta and VP of Marketing Mark Maynard to shoot the music video for Heartland's debut #1 single "I Loved Her First" in Nashville at the historic Union Station and at DR&A Studios.
"All of the guys are amazing, some of the most caring people to work with," said Schaffer, "and we believe that Heartland and 'I Loved Her First' will be around for a very long time, so we were thrilled to be a part of this project. We can't wait for everyone to hear the rest of the album — you will be truly surprised. These guys kept the country in country."

SC FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
South Carolina Federal Credit Union reaches out to working communities to provide convenient financial services in a personable environment, and their new branding reflects this approach.
Starting with a concept from the ad agency, Launch South was initially commissioned to film two :30 spots, but to make the most of the client's budget, the project was expanded to include another two spots as well as corporate communications for the internal launch event. During nine days of shooting over a two-and-a-half week period, Launch South captured scenic images from metropolitan and rural areas throughout the state to be used in this re-branding campaign. Additional footage was shot at Magick Lantern’s stage in Atlanta.
"BUCKHEAD BETTYZ"
How do you pitch a new show? You shoot it.
Launch South completed a :30 intro highlighting the always luxe and sometimes scandalous life of Buckhead socialites. Atlanta locations included Pano's and Paul's, Signature Jet, and several mansions around Chastain Park.
According to HBO executives, "If we don't do this, somebody else will."
Dec 9, 06: Launch South gets a mention on the front page (A-1) of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in "Will 'Buckhead Betty' be next 'Sex in the City'?"

BUILDING THE TITANIC
Launch South shot four days of 35mm time lapse photography of the assembly and installation for the anticipated "Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition" which brings to life the tragic sinking of the legendary RMS Titanic through real objects and real stories. Visitors step into fully reconstructed replicas of Titanic's first and third class rooms and will view more than 300 actual artifacts recovered from Titanic's debris field, including personal items, as well as a three-ton section of the ship's hull.
The exhibition at the Atlanta Civic Center runs through April 2007.
